How We Operate

We follow a four-step process in meeting your requirements:

One: Listening to your needs. Initially we listen to the expectations of your business and community requirements in terms of products required, the standards to be met and the backup service desired. This ensures all parties understand the nature of the project and agree to its conditions.

Two: Researching the project. We gain an in depth understanding as to how a product or service is to be used. We enlist specialist consultants in areas such as engineering, computer mechanics, architecture or building as required. We pay particular attention to environmental, cultural or political elements that could potentially impact on the project.

Three: Developing a plan. We prepare a project team, timeline and action plan. This is monitored at each stage of the project to make sure it stays within its time frame and budget.

Step Four: Checking progress. Each party involved in the project completes progress reports to check all parties are operating in unison and are communicating with each other.
